Memberships FAQs

Yes, your first payment is taken directly that day as a card payment. Direct Debits are then set up on the 1st / 9th / 17th / 24th of the following month (and will be one of those dates closest to the date you signed up on (e.g. if you sign up on the 29th your direct debit payment will be 1st every month).

You are tied into 3 months’ minimum, after this your membership will continue unless you decide to cancel.

We require a minimum 1 months’ notice of cancellation and cancellation notice should be given in-line with your direct debit schedule. Should you cancel in-between payments, the subsequent payment will be the last one. The date on your cancellation email marks the start of your 1 month notice period.

Yes, you can switch over to a different membership once you have completed the 3-month tie in, if you decide to do this you can do by emailing admin@sweatboxgym.com

After your initial 3 months’ tie in you can notify us if you need to freeze your membership. You can freeze your membership for a maximum of 3 months at a time.

Yes, we honour the length of time since your initial sign up.

No, memberships cannot be shared.

If you cancel 24 hours before the class start time you will have your visit returned to you. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, this visit will be lost.

If you want to come to classes outside your membership you can purchase a single class or a class pass.
