In a nut shell the sport of CrossFit was created to find the fitness humans on the planet. The CrossFit way of training fits perfectly into class format, which has skyrocketed its popularity amongst gym goers and fitness enthusiasts. These classes blend traditional weight lifting, gymnastic techniques, cardio & fitness training to make you the fitness and strongest you possible.
Where is it?
Our CrossFit classes take place in a semi - outdoor space. The Yard at Sweat Box has been specifically design for year round open air training. Partly covered, for protection against the elements, yet fully open. It’s the only training space of its kind in the UK.
