Boxing

Learn fundamental boxing techniques such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. Training includes footwork drills, shadow boxing, pad work, and sparring to develop speed, accuracy, and defensive skills. Conditioning exercises, such as skipping rope and cardio workouts enhance overall fitness. We offer All Levels & Intermediate / Advanced Classes.

Jiu-Jitsu

Home of Pedro Bessa BJJ School, Pedro is one of the best and most established Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belts in the UK. This is ground fighting martial art, great self defence and integral to MMA. We have kids, beginner and advance classes.

MMA

Learn punches, kicks, and ground fighting skills from disciplines like Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes include sparring for practical application, conditioning drills, and emphasize discipline and respect. The goal is to create well-rounded fighters capable of handling diverse combat scenarios.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai classes center on the traditional martial art from Thailand, known as the “Art of Eight Limbs.” Using punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. Classes typically cover techniques like the jab, cross, roundhouse kicks, and clinch work and training to dvelop a strong offense and defense. Classes are All Levels & Intermediate / Advanced.

Wrestling

Wrestling classes concentrate on the fundamentals of grappling and takedowns. Participants learn techniques for controlling and pinning opponents, emphasizing skills like stance, positioning, and escapes. Classes are All Levels.

Striking/Sparring

This is an open mat style class. Geared more towards intermediate and advanced persons to practice their skill in stand up / striking combat sparring whilst supervised by one of our instructors. Open to all combat sports, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA etc.
