What is it?
In Yoga you will find a gentle way to improve your flexibility, mobility, balance and coordination. Through breathing exercise you
may also be able to control and reduce stress and anxiety. Yoga has many health benefits not only physical but mental also and can be a great way to relax.
When is it?
Our sister studio The Wild Box is a dedicated yoga studio less than a minutes walk from Sweatbox Gym.
