Strong Strength and Conditioning class at Sweat Box Gym, Bristol
What is it?
This hour long classes sole purpose is to help you become the strongest you. Of course you will also be in a fat burning zone through out the workout. You will use various gym equipment under the guidance of one of strength coaches to build on or improve your whole body strength and fitness. For very beginners through to seasoned gym goes, this class is for everyone and anyone who wants to be professionally coached and mentored through their strength workouts.
