Calisthenics Bodyweight strength class at Sweat Box Gym, Bristol
What is it?
Calisthenics is focused around you and gaining levels of strength using your bodyweight alone. We have a specifically designed rig, purpose built to allow you to train using only your bodyweight. In this class you will also gain skill / learn to perform tricks on the bars, rings, floor and other various pieces of equipment. This class is very fun and very popular among our membership.
